We cleared out the space, and created a pick your poison party that was truly magical. From the cotton candy cauldrons to the Macarons and mini cupcakes, we made sure to include all the elements to make this party the one of a kind. Aloha Tropical Luxury Picnic

Luxury picnic have been a huge hit in the Grand Rapids area. We have helped celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, showers, and more.

But I’m still swooning over this Aloha, Luxury Picnic I recently styled at Ballet Kalamazoo. This party screams a tropical oasis, sunshine, palm trees, and fun!

We were honored to help celebrate Sylvia’s 8th birthday. She wanted to incorporate a Hawaiian touch (after her recent trip to Hawaii) with flamingos.

We can create any luxury picnic theme

We opted to use our white tables for a classic, clean look. I love them so much; I have a feeling these will be used allot more than our traditional wood tables.

To keep a bright, whimsical feel I picked up unicorn baby’s breath from Trader Joes and added the palm leaves.

The backdrop arches where the perfect photo spot for all the girls to take pictures and for opening presents. The Ballons are in the color’s turquoise, mint, light pink, and pixie. I added tropical palms throughout the balloons and a few flowers to keep with the theme.

Because of budget I wasn’t able to spurge for wood palm tree backdrops, so these are actually foam cutouts. I hang drew them onto the foam board and used an exacto knife to cut them, and they were the perfect touch.

I had lots of questions on how I was able to have the flamingos stand. The flamingos are garden stakes put into foam circles. They do sell flamingos which have feet if you’re looking for easier option.
